At Anada Technologies, we prioritize transparency and fairness in our dealings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and transactions may be canceled.
1. Digital Services & APIs
All digital services (e.g., AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Micro ATM, API integrations) are non-refundable once delivered or credited. These are prepaid and consumable services. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours for investigation.
2. Failed Transactions
- In case of a failed transaction, the amount will automatically be reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the reversal is not reflected, please raise a support ticket at support@anadatech.in.
3. Cancellation Policy
Services once activated (e.g., KYC APIs, POS registration, onboarding) cannot be canceled or transferred. Device-based services (like Micro ATM) are non-cancellable once dispatched or activated.
4. Device Refunds
- Refunds on POS/Micro ATM devices are applicable only if the product is damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours.
- No refunds will be issued once the device is activated or linked to your ID.
5. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel auto-renewal from your account settings before the next billing cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at support@anadatech.in with your order ID, transaction reference, and reason for the refund. All requests are reviewed within 72 hours.
7. Policy Updates
